Who We Are, What We Do
Cliff Peterson
CEO
Cliff Peterson has over 40 years of experience in technology. He founded Integrency in 2002 after a long career including being one of Microsoft’s first employees, NASA, FAA, NIH, teaching college for 4 years, and much more. His passion and heart are defined in the name of the company. Integrency is the words “integrity” and “transparency” combined. Cliff’s depth and breadth of knowledge in the technology field, paired with a desire to serve Integrency’s clients and the community, make Integrency an informed and trusted partner. Cliff is a published technology author, musician, coder, and avid gamer.
Born at Andrews Air Force Base, Cliff’s home and heart have always been in Maryland. He lives in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife of 40+ years, Marianne. They have six adult kids, two grandkids, and an adopted granddog.
Marianne Peterson
COO
Marianne Peterson began her career in Human Resources and moved into technology as an Assembly Language programmer for the Federal Government. Her organizational skills and attention to detail keep Integrency focused and working as a cohesive team. She spent 27 years as a educator while home schooling her six children. Marianne has been tolerating Cliff for over 40+ years. She is thrilled to be a grandmother to her two new granddaughters!
Danielle Verderosa
Human Resources
Danielle Verderosa has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience and is the President of HR Allies, a human resources advisory firm that specializes in Human Resources for growth-oriented small businesses. She founded HR Allies in 2021 after leaving her position as the Vice President of Human Resources for a 4,100-employee hospitality company with 350 nationwide locations. Danielle holds the industry’s two top professional credentials and has won a number of awards for her leadership and service to employees. She supports Integrency’s commitment to hiring and training the most competent, service-oriented staff and promoting our culture of integrity and transparency.
Originally from Bennington, VT, Danielle, her husband, and their Cavapoo named Scooter currently reside in Fairfax Station, VA.

Support Technician
Jordan Blackburn has been with Integrency for over four years. There are nerds… and then there is Jordan. And coming from an old, uber nerd… that is a compliment. Jordan has knowledge and skill well beyond his years and is an avid technology fan. If there is a tough problem, Jordan will find the answer. He is also an amateur radio operator and car enthusiast. Jordan currently resides in Tennessee.
Ben Konczal
Support Coordinator
Ben Konczal has a degree in Computer Science and has been with Integrency almost a year. Ben is the face (and voice) of Integrency in his role as Support Coordinator. When you call, there is a really good chance you’ll talk to Ben. He keeps everyone on target and on track, making sure we’re addressing every need completely without missing any details. Ben and his wife Ashleigh live in Mt. Airy, MD.
